Q: How will I access the course?

A: After your purchase, you will receive an email that will contain a downloadable instructions. This file will contain a link. To access the course, you will need to follow the link. You will be asked to present a password at this point. Once you have entered your password, you will be directed to the course. Each time you view the course, you will need to log in.

Q: How do I purchase the course?

A: You can purchase any product on a tablet, phone, or computer.

Q: Will I be able to download the videos?

A: The video lesson are not downloadable. To view, you will need to log in to the course dashboard. Please make sure you have access to a strong internet/wifi connection when watching the lessons. However, there is some downloadable content such as texture overlays and a printable guide. It is recommended that you download these files to a computer.

Q: What programs/ software is used in the course?

A: Adobe Camera Raw and Photoshop. We use Photoshop Creative Cloud.

Q: Are there any actions or plug-ins used?

A: All of our editing is strictly hand editing techniques. We don’t use any actions or plug-ins.

Q: Will my access be limited to a specific timeframe or membership?

A: There is no membership required. You will have unlimited access to log in and view the lessons at any time.
